Shipping Policy
Please make sure and check that the address you provided is correct. If there are any address changes needed please contact me immediately after your purchase. 


Tracking
Once the package is in transit, an email will be sent out with a tracking number.

All domestic orders are shipped with USPS priority mail.
Stickers are sent in envelopes, therefore no tracking is provided. 


Damages / Loss
I am not responsible for any damages to the product after it has been shipped and/or delivered. Please give packages a 20 day grace period from the day of receiving shipment notice before contacting me. If any packages are lost in transit feel free to reach out to toricelesteart@gmail.com. I am not responsible for any packages that are stolen after it is delivered. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final!

Payment Plans

HOW IT WORKS: You pay me the first 20% installment to have the item put on reserve. I hold the item until the balance is paid in full. I do not ship the artwork until the balance due is paid in full. I am only allowing 3 months to complete the payments, though you can pay sooner. 

There are no interest fees.

Please communicate with me. I am flexible and understand that unfortunate circumstances happen. Contact me if you need an extension on time.

CANCELLATION 
If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason, after having made one or more payments, wish to cancel further payments and receive a refund on payments already made, you may do so, with the following conditions: 

  • You must notify me immediately.

  • 20% of the total cost of what has already been paid is non-refundable
